AGK offers you miscellaneous duroplastic materials. The series DuroBest® 110-260 comprehends hard papers and fabric-based laminates. Well-balanced resin compounds based on phenol, epoxide, melamine, polyester, silicone and polyimide are combined with high quality substrates like cellulose or cotton-, aramid-, glass filament-fabrics to form the basis of these high-performance materials. DuroBest® materials are an essential instrument for every engineer who wants to improve process flows and design highly stressable machine components employed in machine construction and electrical engineering.

DuroBest® plywood is made from premium impregnated beech veneer 0,5 to 1,5mm thick. Depending on the application, several layer compositions (lengthwise or crossed) can be combined with different grades of densification up to a highly compressed quality with a density of up to 1,4 kg/dm³. These plywoods can be used between +90 and -196°C, without losing any of their compressive strength. Alongside proven electro qualities employed in transformer engineering, we also offer highly wear-resistant qualities used for engineering and plant construction. This series ranges from standard multiplex sheets to transformer sheets, premium synthetic resin plywood and bullet-proof armour wood.
